Qualified chef or suitably experienced cook with at least 3 years in a high volume kitchen. Must demonstrate ability work unsupervised, follow a high standard on personal presentation and hygiene and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of grill, pans, larder, fryer and stock control are required along with a passion for hospitality and a focus on customer satisfaction.
